I didn’t start Sincere with a business plan.
I started it with a machine, a rented workshop, and a quiet obsession with precision.

Before Sincere existed, I spent years on the shop floor. Not in meetings — beside the machines. I learned how aluminum behaves differently at high spindle speeds. I learned how stainless steel resists, how titanium punishes impatience. I learned that 0.01 mm is not just a number — it is trust.

There were nights when a single tolerance issue kept me awake. There were orders that nearly broke us — tight deadlines, impossible drawings, customers who needed parts not excuses. Those moments did not weaken us. They defined us.

Sincere was built on a simple belief:

If we say it can be done, it must be done right.

In the early days, I personally inspected every finished part. I adjusted toolpaths myself. I packed shipments with my own hands. Growth did not come from aggressive expansion; it came from repeat customers — engineers who valued accuracy over promises.

We chose a clear direction from the beginning:
precision metal CNC machining. No shortcuts. No inflated claims. No distractions.

While others chased scale, we focused on stability.
While others competed on price, we competed on reliability.

Today, Sincere serves customers beyond our local market. Different countries. Different industries. Yet the philosophy remains unchanged: every drawing represents someone’s idea, someone’s investment, someone’s responsibility.

When clients work with Sincere, they are not just placing an order. They are trusting us with the critical stage between design and reality.

And that responsibility is something I still take personally.
